Delivery and returns
We deliver orders across Estonia. Below are the delivery methods, times and return terms.

The price depends on the size and weight of the parcel: small items fit a smaller locker box. The delivery price of every product is shown on its page. Large and heavy items (e.g. big monitors, printers) are delivered by courier or the delivery is agreed individually.
The order is handed to the carrier within 0–2 business days after payment. Products ordered from a supplier's warehouse may take longer – we confirm the exact time with the order.
Returns
- A private customer may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.
- Notify us by e-mail at [email protected] (order number, product, contact details). Return the product no later than 14 days after the notice.
- The customer pays the return shipping. We refund the amount paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but not before the product is back with us.
- You may examine the product as you would in a shop; if its value has decreased through use, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
- Returns of business (company) orders are possible by agreement.
Warranty and claims
All products come with the manufacturer's warranty (the period is on the product page). In addition, private customers have the statutory 2-year right to claim for defects. If something is wrong, write to [email protected] or call +372 53 888 229.
