3) Billing rules

  • 1Minimum billing (remote): 30 minutes.
  • 2Minimum billing (on‑site visit): 1 hour.
  • 3On‑site visit within Tallinn (fixed): net €20.00 + VAT 24% = gross €24.80.
  • 4Out of hours (by agreement): multiplier ×1.5 to the hourly rate.
  • 5Licenses, hardware and third‑party services are billed separately unless explicitly included in an offer.
