Description
Fortinet FortiGate-2500E is a next-generation firewall (NGFW) for data centres, service providers and hyperscale networks. FortiOS combines firewall, IPsec/SSL VPN, secure SD-WAN, intrusion prevention (IPS) and central management of FortiSwitch switches and FortiAP access points in one appliance.
Interfaces: 10 x 10GE SFP+ slots, 2 x 10GE bypass SFP+ (LC Adapter), 34 x GE RJ45 ports (including 32 x ports, 2 x management/HA ports), SPU NP6 and CP9 hardware accelerated, 480GB SSD onboard storage, dual AC power supplies. Also: 480 GB SSD for local logs and reports.
This item is hardware only. Security services (FortiGuard) and vendor support (FortiCare) are licensed separately – we can also supply the FortiGate-2500E as a ready-made UTP or Enterprise Protection bundle for 1, 3 or 5 years.
